Georgia Tech K.I.D.S. Club and Design Squad

On Saturday, November 8th, the Georgia Tech K.I.D.S. Club hosted a fun and learning-filled event using activities from the PBS Kids program, Design Squad . GPB was there to capture the excitement of 150 2nd-5th graders!

The Georgia Tech K.I.D.S. Club (Kids Interested in Discovering Science) program is designed to enhance and encourage curiosity and enthusiasm for science, mathematics, engineering and technology. GPB Adult and Family Literacy is proud to partner with and support such a dynamic organization that promotes science literacy. The event on November 8th (as are all Georgia Tech K.I.D.S. Club events) was amazing. It was inspiring to see teachers and kids so enthusiastic about science and engineering...on a Saturday morning! Click here to see more pictures.
